I. Strengthening and Counselling Patrol Formation and Organization The Taichung City Water Environment River patrol currently maintains a total of 32 teams. There are 702 patrolling officers. Among them, the Daan District Dingan Water Environmental Patrol Team (15) was established in October 104. There is one captain and one officer, and each team member maintains more than 15 employees. The members of the patrol team are mainly residents of the neighbouring community and jointly maintain the cleanliness and patrol work of the surrounding waters.
